A mid-terrace cottage located in the heart of the pretty Lake District village of Broughton-in-Furness.

Living Room:

• Newly refurbished which makes the space bright and spacious

• Built-in fridge/freezer

The cottage has the advantage of a useful utility area with a handy WC.

UPSTAIRS SPACE

Bedroom 1:

• King size bed with all bedding supplied and towels.

Bedroom 2:

• Zip and Link King Size Bed. This will be made up as a KING SIZE BED unless you request it to be made into 2 x 2ft 6" BEDS,(this size twins are great for kids however not ideal for adults). All bedding and towels are supplied.

From the second bedroom, there are some open stairs leading up to the second floor. Here you will find a loft games room - which is perfect for those rainy days.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Outside there is an enclosed rear yard area and a handy undercover area for storing bikes and equipment.

Perfect for relaxing in a quieter area of the Lake District, however, within driving distance to many areas - including Lake Windermere to hiking up Scafell.
